Any issue arising in authentication of any transaction
Any payment transaction issues
Decline of transaction from the bank or any other platform
UB Daily has all rights to change pricing for any product without prior notice due to any reasons valid to the company.
UB Daily holds the rights to decline/delay any orders from buyers with valid notification to the customer if any issues with payment arise.
Customers can cancel their orders by contacting the Urban Bag Daily (UB Daily) helpline without any cancellation fee with no questions asked. If payment was made online, a full refund will be processed in the form of wallet coins which can be used for future transactions with UB Daily.
UB Daily holds the rights to cancel any order on terms of unavailability of produce/ delivery/ or any other factor found valid to the company.
Paid orders cancelled by UB Daily due to unavailability of delivery in a particular area will be refunded back into the same payment account used to place the order.
Return and Refund Policy
Urban Bag Daily (UB Daily) has a ‘no questions asked return and refund policy.
To protect the buyer, we have a provision of Door Step Return policy. Hence we request you to check the quality of the product at the time of delivery and accept it only when you are completely satisfied with the quality of the product.
If you do not like any of the product quality, you may immediately return that particular product, accept the rest and pay the bill accordingly.
Orders placed with a payment made online have the options of-
1. Replacement of the items with the fresh one.
2. Providing you with the credit points covering the amount, which can be utilized in your next order.
3. Refund into the same mode of payment within 5-7 business days. However, payments may get delayed due to certain bank issues.
